- Nova Poshta. You can pay for your order after receiving the goods in the office of the transport company "Nova Poshta". This method of payment is possible if the amount of your order exceeds 250 UAH. It is convenient because you can inspect and "feel" the goods before payment. The disadvantages: the cost of this method of payment is somewhat more expensive compared to prepayment, because you will also have to pay for return shipping funds.
Delivery within Ukraine and other world is carried out by the following logistics companies:
- "Ukrposhta". This operator sends the seeds by registered mail. You will receive a notice at your home that a registered letter is waiting for you at the post office, which you must pick up by showing your identification documents. The letter in Ukraine is about 3-7 days. The cost of such delivery is 35 UAH. The buyer will be informed about the number of parcel to track the status of the letter on the site of Ukrposhta.
- "Nova Poshta". The largest Ukrainian logistics company. It is possible to receive parcels by cash on delivery. The advantage of this transport company is prompt delivery (up to 3 working days), a large number of offices for receiving and low price policy.
- International delivery. We deliver internationally. To find out whether it is possible to deliver the order to your country - contact the managers of the store.
By placing an order on our website or participating in an affiliate program, you automatically consent to the processing and use of your personal information for mailings, product availability notifications and participation in drawings on our website. - The fact of sending seeds.
The buyer can expect to be reimbursed within 90 days of sending the order in these cases:
1. If a product is lost in transit.
We contact the post office ourselves and provide the customer with all the data necessary to find the parcel.
2. If the product is damaged in transit. The following are required for reimbursement:
• Declaration or order number;
• Photo of the damaged product in or near the package.
The store will indemnify if the customer has complaints that the product does not meet the following criteria:
• germination of most seeds;
• the type of flowering indicated in the product description (auto\photo);
• feminine sex of plants in feminized seeds.
To apply for reimbursement losses you must:

• send photos of the damaged seeds along with the packaging to the post office.
The application will be processed within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT: We will not pay compensation if:
• Buyer contacts us later more than 90 days after the order has been shipped.
• All information was not provided.
• Our expert determined that the problem was not with the product, but with how the client treated her.
The terms of replacement and return (compensation) apply to Errors Seeds products only. These terms do not apply to the products of other manufacturers.
The consideration of the application is subject to the availability of complete information. If any information necessary for making a decision is missing/inaccurate, it is clarified, the application is not considered as received - until the user clarifies it, only after that the review takes place, within 48 hours.
